WSDC - Additional Info and requests

Dear members ,

the LOC is informing the IDF that it is preparing a book of memories on WSDC 2025.


The LOC plans to introduce a list and a presentation of all countries taking part in the event with all their players, with a proper picture.


Each country will have one dedicated page of the brochure.


The LOC kindly ask to provide the pictures of managers and players, taking part in the competition, with their name and surname.


The LOC requests also to provide some basic information about your federation, including the logo of it.


All these material must be sent before the 10th of October and using the email : wsdc@idfdarts.org


Pictures need to be with a maximum of 500 KB each.

No sponsor logo is allowed on the photo, no text as well.

If possible, the image should be with black or white background.


Countries that will not provide the material will not be included in the brochure.


It is also requested to provide the music to introduce each player in the competition (walk in music).


Relating to the registration of teams, we are asking to send them to the email wsdc@idfdarts.org using the following forms.



Deadline for the teams registrations is on the 10th of October 2025.


Players can be registered by sending a simple email (wsdc@idfdarts.org) or at the competition venue. All the players must have the license.
