International Dart Federation Announces Updates on the Memberships

The International Dart Federation (IDF) is pleased to announce key updates to its global membership, reflecting ongoing growth, organizational changes, and the continued development of darts worldwide. These changes have been formally ratified in accordance with IDF governance procedures and mark significant milestones for the Federation and its members.

The following updates are effective immediately:

New and Upgraded Members

• Mongolian Classic Darts Federation‘s status is Provisional Member to be approve Full Member during the General Assembly;

• Malaysian Darts Association‘s status is Provisional Member to be approve Full Member during the General Assembly;

• DSAB - Deutscher Sportautomatenbund e.V. has progressed from Legacy Member to Full Member;

• The Russian Darts Federation's status is Provisional Member to be approve Full Member during the General Assembly. However, their membership is currently suspended as per agreement and MoU signed by IDF and RDF till there are new guidelines given by the IOC. Meanwhile, athletes can participate inside the IDF Competition as NIA (Neutral Independent Athletes).

  
  

Status Changes

• The Mongolian Darts Amateur’s Federation transitions from Associate Member to Observer Member, according to the statutes and bylaws of IDF;

• The National Darts Association – A.M.O.A. is now recognized as an Associate Member at the International Level, having previously held Legacy Member status.

Newly Admitted Members

IDF has new members:

• The Honk Kong Darts Federal Association is a new Observer Member;

• Korea Soft Darts Association has been admitted as National Level Associate Members;

• All Darts Association of Singapore has been admitted as National Level Associate Members;

• The Malaysia International Darts Organisation joins as an Associate Member at the International Level.

Terminated Memberships

The following organizations’ Legacy Memberships have been terminated being expired the time to provide the documents:

• Federata e Pikados së Kosovës / Kosova Darts Federation;

• EDZL - E.P.D.S. Elektronische Profi Darts Sport;

• Bosna i Hercegovina Dart Federation;

• Korea Darts Federation (being WDF Member is not usefull the Legacy Member status);

• Japan Sports Federation of Darts (being WDF Member is not usefull the Legacy Member status).

Other Status Updates

• The status of Ruben Funosas, previously contact person for Morocco, has been terminated;

• IDF confirms Che Kuong Hon as contact person for Macau;

• Rodrigues Daniel is confirmed as contact person for Portugal;

• The Chinese Dart Association is confirmed as a Legacy Member being in a discussion to conclude the recognition process.
